I know I am not the only mom out there that struggles to find healthy snacks for their toddlers! They can be so picky about taste, texture and just even trying something that’s new, so I wanted to share a few things we have found that I feel good about giving to Eli and that he LOVES eating. His new favorite is Gerber Veggie Crisps. We got ours from Walmart and you can grab yours too using this coupon!
Here’s a few others that he loves:
1. String Cheese. Eli usually has this as part of his lunch and absolutely loves it.
2. Probiotic Yogurt. We have a yogurt that we get at Aldi and he loves the vanilla flavor and the added probiotics are so good for him especially since he’s prone to ear infections.
3. Cheerios. The tried and true toddler favorite!
I have to say the Gerber Veggie Crisps are probably my favorite for on the go snacking since they are individually packaged which means I can just grab one and put it in my bag while we are headed out the door! Or like today, we were all playing in the front yard and Eli carried his snack around with him! Here’s a few pictures from snack/play time. 🙂
